Starting prices are one-off build fees. Your quote confirms the fixed fee and any separate domain, hosting, licence and third-party costs.

Discuss & agree
Explain what your business needs. Before building, we agree the pages, features, design, final content, fixed fee and completion checklist.

Build
I build the website against that plan. The agreed scope stays fixed; new requests need a separate project.

Review
Check the completed website against the agreed checklist. I correct any missing or faulty agreed item.
04
Pay & launch
Pay the full build fee after completion. Once payment clears, the agreed launch and handover follow.

A few things to know.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. Start with what your business does and what visitors need to do on your website. I’ll help identify the pages, content and requirements before quoting.
Do I pay a deposit?
There is no deposit for the website build. Review the completed website against the fixed scope, then pay in full before launch and handover. Separate running costs are identified in your quote.
Can I change the plan once the build starts?
The pages, features, design and final content are agreed before building and stay fixed. Missing or faulty agreed work is corrected; additions or changes need a separate agreement.
Can I follow the project online?
A successful integrated contact enquiry creates portal access with your consent. Set your password from the account email and use the dashboard to follow your connected project. The website preview appears during Review.
